KOOI® ReachForks for Euro-Pallet Handling

The EPAL pallet is the most widely sold pallet worldwide but is relatively difficult to handle. Because the sides differ 800-1200 mm, forklift trucks are still supplied with forklift forks that are too long. This can lead to damage, delay, inefficiency and stress for the forklift driver because he has to work with too long forks.

KOOI® ReachForks Double-Deep Pallet Stacking

Double-deep pallet stacking is a storage method where pallets are stored two rows deep instead of one, requiring a forklift with double-deep reach capabilities. This approach maximizes warehouse space efficiency by reducing aisle space and increasing storage density and is best suited for items with low to medium turnover rates.

KOOI® ReachForks One-Sided (un) Loading Trucks And Trailers

With single-side loading (unloading) trucks, goods are loaded or unloaded from only one side of the vehicle. This method is efficient in tight spaces or when access is limited to one side of the truck. KOOI® ReachForks Dual Pallet Handling / Cross-Docking

A forklift with telescopic forks is an ideal solution for efficient order picking and safe transport of different goods. It can be used to pick up one or two individual pallets or to transport a special long pallet. Thanks to the telescopic forks, the forklift is versatile and not only saves time but also prevents damage.

KOOI® ReachForks for Multi Pallet / Single Double Attachment

Multi-Pallet Handlers have become a standard forklift attachment in the beverage industry, but they are also used in other sectors. Equipped with ReachForks, they can handle one, two, or four pallets. Additionally, the extendable forks can serve as extension forks to prevent damage to pallets and goods when the pallet's sides are not equal.

KOOI® For Heavy Forklifts and Side-Loaders

Heavy loads can also be handled with telescopic forks. Whether it's machine parts, building materials, or other products, reach forks can safely manage these loads. A capacity of 40,000 kg/600 mm is not uncommon, allowing goods to be loaded from one side and ensuring that specially sized pallets are adequately supported.

KOOI® ReachForks Fork positioner and Forks Spreader

Fork adjusters, also known as fork positioners, are attachments used on forklifts to allow the operator to adjust the distance between the forks directly from the driver's seat without having to adjust them manually. This capability is particularly useful in applications where the forklift needs to handle loads of varying sizes and dimensions.

KOOI® ReachForks Very Narrow Aisle Forklifts

VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklifts are specialized industrial trucks designed to operate in extremely tight spaces, optimizing storage by allowing higher and narrower aisles, thus increasing warehouse capacity and efficiency. Pallets can be placed double-deep or the load can be pushed forward into the rack using the reach forks due to the design of the VNA forklift.

To enhance the forklift's efficiency beyond just telescopic forks, numerous options can be implemented, such as a length-measuring system for different pallet sizes, a deflection sensor indicating the horizontal position of the reach forks when double-deep, and many other cost-saving features.

The applications mentioned above are the most common uses for hydraulic extendable forklift forks.
