We are thrilled to welcome Bauke Triemstra as our new Production Manager and George Pars as a Technical Specialist to our team!
Bauke Triemstra joins us as 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, bringing a strong background in process optimization and team leadership. He is dedicated to ensuring that 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝘂𝗻 𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆, with a focus on maximizing the capacity of both people and machinery. Bauke adopts a coaching leadership style, fostering collaboration, engagement, and innovation within his team. His goal is to deliver safe, environmentally conscious, and cost-effective production solutions that align with market needs.
George Pars joins as a 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁, concentrating on enhancing the performance and efficiency of our production equipment, with particular expertise in machining. George works daily on 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 to ensure the quality and reliability of our production. With a hands-on approach, he contributes to both technical development and day-to-day production.
The collaboration between Bauke and George creates a valuable synergy within our organization. While Bauke focuses on strategic and operational process improvement, George ensures technical refinement and innovation within production. 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.
