The KOOI® 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 ReachForks are designed to 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 and 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 for pallets when the operator needs to handle various pallets using the same forklift.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴, such as when 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼-𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀 that measure 1200×800 mm. Standard forks typically have a length of 1150 mm, but when the operator picks up a Euro-pallet from the long side, the forks extend beyond, potentially damaging the pallet or goods behind it. If the load is “attempted” to be picked up at the tip, it 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, and even then, there is a risk that the forks will protrude, leaving the load unsupported by the load backrest, which can cause the load to collapse with serious consequences.

The 𝗞𝗢𝗢𝗜® 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 this type of 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 by allowing the forks to extend from 800 mm to 1200 mm, either manually or hydraulically.
