We had the privilege of creating a truly remarkable solution for a 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 in the cleaning products industry: telescopic forklift forks tailored to meet their diverse operational needs.

Given the customer’s requirements, h𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲𝘀, and retrieving pallets from a conveyor, we 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝘀 integrated into the telescopic forks.

This setup offers 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
✅ ReachForks retracted + pallet stops retracted
✅ ReachForks extended + pallet stops extended
✅ ReachForks retracted + pallet stops extended
✅ ReachForks extended + pallet stops retracted

With these options, the 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 to both pallets and products.
Additionally, due to the nature of their products and production process, the 𝗞𝗢𝗢𝗜® 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 were covered with in s𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹.
