𝗕𝗬𝗡𝗧 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘄, part of Bruinsma Bouwbedrijf, is a specialist in 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and has recently invested in a four-way electric Combilift CB40E with KOOI® ReachForks. This combination of a forklift and 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 BYNT with the 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 essential for 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 and 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 large and wide construction elements. “With these 𝗵𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀, we can easily transport elements of varying widths 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 to, for example, insulation foil,” says Jelmer Bruinsma, director of BYNT.

This new investment stems from a longstanding challenge faced by BYNT. The 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 on their forklifts were 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 to safely handle wide roof and wall sections, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 to the constructions. “Previously, we used 𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘃𝗲𝘀 (Add-on Sleeves) to lengthen the forks, but this presented 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀. The 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆, had to be reattached each time, and increased the workload for our employees, 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀,” explains Bruinsma.

The 𝗞𝗢𝗢𝗜® 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀 with their telescopic design, which can be easily adjusted to the width of any element. This allows the forks to extend when needed without the drawbacks of the old extension sleeves. As a result, 𝗕𝗬𝗡𝗧 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 and other loads without forks or sleeves protruding beyond the load, reducing the risk of damage.

The new four-way side loader CB40E enables BYNT to transport large panels sideways out of the production hall and safely load them onto trailers. This loading method, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 (𝘂𝗻) 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴,  not only 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 but also 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 and 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆, especially when traffic is nearby. Trucks can also be loaded from one side, improving efficiency and simplifying logistics on the premises.

With this investment, 𝗕𝗬𝗡𝗧 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀, offering 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 and 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 to the manufactured construction elements. The flexible telescopic forks are a smart solution that enhances both safety and 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
