Harmsen Forklifts has been a trusted name in the northern part of North Holland since 1975. Their product range primarily includes Hyster and Still forklifts, as well as Cesab pallet trucks. With nearly 50 years of experience, Harmsen knows exactly what its customers need, enabling end-users to operate forklifts more efficiently.
On the same premises in Wieringerwerf, you’ll find Verduin Partijhandel, a reputable company specializing in purchasing large stocklots from estates, bankruptcies, or other sources. Maximizing storage space in their warehouse is a priority, with pallets stacked as high as possible. To reach these heights, it became necessary to build an “add-on mast” onto the existing mast of a Still reach truck.
This modification allows the forklift to also operate in an adjacent area with a lower ceiling. With this combination of the standard mast and the “mast height extension,” the forklift is now much more versatile, capable of working in both areas while enabling greater pallet storage capacity.
For enhanced safety, the forklift has been equipped with a GriptView camera system, providing a clear view of the fork position. This ensures that pallets can be handled with precision and safety.
