Expansion of Our Product Line: The KOOI® Pallet Inverter!

Some time ago, we announced that we would be expanding our pallet exchange machines with a Pallet Inverter.

But why are we doing this? Simple!

We started with horizontal pallet exchange systems, primarily used in the pharmaceutical industry, where products cannot be tilted. But what if tilting is possible—or even desirable? Until now, we had no solution for that, and honestly, that didn’t sit well with us.

Fortunately, within the Meijer Group, we have a state-of-the-art production facility, Meijer Metal, equipped with the latest machinery and production methods. So why not develop Pallet Inverters with the same high quality our customers expect from our KOOI® ReachForks?

Our first Pallet Inverter has now been installed!

At a Dutch customer in the warehousing and transport sector, the first unit has been put into operation for a long-term durability test, and we are proud of that—hence the video we are sharing on LinkedIn. We are closely monitoring this unit and developing multiple variations, each with a different tilting mechanism.

Our goal? By the end of this year, we aim to introduce a high-quality and competitive Pallet Inverter to the market!
