One set of forklift forks for handling different pallet sizes

That many companies struggle with the fact that it is difficult to 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 sizes is not new to us. Especially companies in the 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 use pallets that are quite different from standard pallets. Logistics companies that transport or store many third-party pallets also have to deal with many 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱-𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸. The risk of damage or even injuries is very high.

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝘆𝗼𝘁𝗮’𝘀 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 is a large multi-site logistics company that does a lot of cross-docking. When storing pallets, there are many variations. To ensure that the forklift forks are not too short but also not too long, this customer chose to purchase a so-called 𝗞𝗢𝗢𝗜® 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹. This system, in combination with hydraulic extendable telescopic forks, 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱. By touching a specific pallet on the display, the ReachForks will go out and stop at the preset value.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗢𝗢𝗜®𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀.
