It is of great importance to equip our products with original components as prescribed by us. These parts have been tested by us, and we can provide support in terms of assembly and service. The use of non-approved parts can lead to malfunctions, shortened lifespan, hazardous situations, and potentially serious accidents.

In almost all cases, our parts can be traced back through the assembly and parts manuals. To ensure that you order the correct parts, we request that you provide the model and serial number of the unit with your order. We kindly refer you to our portal where all instruction and parts manuals are available.

When you send an email to this address, our after-sales department will create a claim (ticket) number. This number is unique to your case and will help us track and manage your request efficiently.
