WE ARE PROUD TO BE A SUPPLIER OF PALLET CHANGE MACHINES SUCH AS 180° PALLET INVERTERS

If rotating is the only option for changing pallets, then consider the KOOI® Pallet Inverter.

A pallet inverter can flip damaged goods for easy removal or replacement, avoiding manual unloading. It’s also used for transferring loads to different pallet types, essential in scenarios requiring specific pallets for shipping or when original ones are damaged. In sectors like food industry, flipping from wood to plastic pallets meets hygiene standards. Additionally, tilting helps check and improve load stability, ensuring safer transportation.

A KOOI® Pallet Inverter offers a versatile and efficient solution for your warehouse needs, enabling safe and quick rotation of entire pallet loads. Ideal for replacing damaged pallets, rearranging cargo, or switching between wooden and plastic pallets to meet hygiene standards, it significantly reduces labor costs and minimizes product damage. This equipment enhances workplace safety and operational efficiency, making it an invaluable asset for businesses looking to improve their material handling processes while ensuring the stability and integrity of their products during storage and transportation.

  • The ability to swap products stacked at the bottom of a pallet.
  • Quick pallet exchange process.

Frequently asked questions about KOOI® Stationary Pallet Rotators

What is a pallet-changing-machine?

A pallet changing machine is a piece of equipment designed to transfer goods from one pallet to another without manual lifting. This process is commonly required for hygiene reasons, when moving goods into a different storage area, or when shipping goods internationally where different pallet standards may apply. The KOOI® Pallet Changing Machines safely and efficiently switches the goods from a wooden, plastic, or metal pallet onto another pallet type while minimizing the risk of damage to the goods. Pallet changers are used in various industries, including pharmaceutical, food, and manufacturing, to improve efficiency, ensure safety, and maintain product hygiene during the handling and shipping processes.

How does a Pallet Changing Machine work?

Meijer Handling Solutions manufactures two different principles of pallet changing: units that allow the load to be switched between pallets horizontally, and machines that rotates the load, the co-called Pallet-Inverters. Each principle has its advantages and disadvantages.

Can I use the Stationary Pull Installation in all environments?

The Stationary Pull Installation is mainly designed to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and a stainless steel version is one of the options we can offer. Stainless steel is essential in pharmaceutical manufacturing for example due to its non-porous nature, preventing bacteria buildup and ensuring hygiene. Its corrosion resistance allows for regular cleaning with strong disinfectants, while its durability ensures long-term reliability under harsh conditions, making it cost-effective. Additionally, its chemical stability prevents medication contamination. The material’s smooth surface further facilitates easy cleaning and sanitation, upholding stringent industry standards.

How fast does the pallet changing machine operate?

The speed of changing pallets refers to the rate at which the unit operates during the actual pallet swap. The handling speed also depends on the type (model), such as horizontal pallet changing machines and pallet inverters. Additionally, the speed can vary depending on the goods being transferred from one pallet to another. Generally, a horizontal pallet changing machine is twice as fast as a pallet inverter, which means approximately 30 seconds to a minute for an inverter.
