During the EuroBLECH 2022, SafanDarley’s automated system, the SafanDarley R-Brake 130T, produced parts for Meijer Metal, sister company of Meijer Handling Solutions B.V. which is the producer of the well-known KOOI® ReachForks (hydraulic retractable and extendable forklift forks).
The part that was produced during the entire exhibition are special thin outer tubes, the moving part for the telescopic forks. This specific exhibition model is mainly used for (originally) a large Swedish furniture giant with locations all over the world that uses the KOOI® ReachForks to transport the special cardboard pallets. After the outer tubes have been bent, the parts are removed by KUMATECH B.V. AGVs.
