Pharmaceuticals transferring goods from pallets
The Janssen Pharmaceutical, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Teva Pharmaceuticals, PPD, AstraZeneca, Novo Nordisk, Pfizer, Roche Pharma, GlaxoSmithKline, AbbVie, Sanofi and many other pharmaceuticals around the world should be aware of our Stationary Pull Installation.
The video shows a simulation of how goods from a cleanroom, stacked on a slip-sheet, are pulled from a plastic pallet onto a wooden pallet. The goods have no contact with machine parts and or other materials whereby the goods / packaging can damage or contaminate.
In addition, the load is not inverted and there are no manual actions whereby employees have to do any removal and supply of pallets. All movements of the transfer can be made from the forklift truck, since the operator uses a remote control. A safety light curtain, warning buzzer and beacon light provides an extra safe working environment.
